Vendor Highlight: One Way Home Services

Managing properties throughout the greater Richmond area, comes with many different challenges! We are lucky to work with excellent vendors and want to highlight a few of them over the next few months! We appreciate everything each of our vendors does for us, our tenants and owners each day.

One Way Home Services- Caleb DeHart

The first company we will highlight is One Way Home Services. Caleb and his team at One Way Home Services are our go-to company for many maintenance repairs and updates we need to complete! Caleb and his company have been in business for the past four years and continue to grow. As one of our tenants, you will most likely get to know this team well! They do everything from fixing small repairs to updating spaces when needed! Here at Brick Road Rentals, we can always count on them to help when needed.

The team behind One Way Home Services are always great with communicating directly with our tenants when required to coordinate repairs. They are very respectful of our tenants space during each visit. The team works hard each day to make sure our properties stay well taken care of for our owners and as well as tenants. We are grateful for their punctuality, attention to detail, and commitment to all they do.
