Meet the Team: Alex Madgar - Assistant Property Manager

We are loving sharing our team and hope you are enjoying getting to know each of us a bit more! Last week we introduced you to our Junior Property Manager, Emily Prussock. This week we will introduce you the third member of our team, Assistant Property Manager, Alex Madgar. Alex helps to round out our team and together we work hard to make sure your experience with Brick Road Rentals is always extraordinary.

Richmond's Premier Property Management Team - Meet Alex Madgar

Alex is a licensed Real Estate Agent and heads the maintenance division at Brick Road Rentals. Alex originally grew up in Fredericksburg VA and attended Randolph Macon College for Accounting and Economics. After graduating in 2008 he moved to Richmond and it has been home ever since!


Alex started in real estate with purchasing investment properties and flipping houses. Alex takes pride in the fact that with every flip he’s done, the majority of the renovation work has been completed with his own two hands. In 2018 he obtained his real estate license and decided to turn his hobby into his career. The extensive knowledge he has gained from these previous experiences makes him a great asset to have in our “toolbox” and the perfect person to handle maintenance requests for Brick Road Rentals.


Alex is also a real estate agent with Next Step Realty, powered by GO Real Estate Inc. When Alex isn’t pursing his passion for real estate he works as a Firefighter for the City of Richmond. Through hard work and a can do attitude, Alex is determined to help you maintain your investments, provide tenants with superior service, or even save your home from a fire.
